411th Engineer Brigade Deployment Farewell Ceremony hosted by the 105th Airlift Wing

STEWART ANGB NEWBURGH, N.Y. -- Under the Stars and Stripes held aloft by ladder trucks from Chronomer Valley and Winona Lake volunteer fire departments, Deploying Soldiers of the U.S. Army Reserves 411th Engineer Brigade report for duty after a Farewell Ceremony hosted by the 105th Airlift Wing April 19, 2012. Task Force Empire will deploy to support the ISAF Joint Command in synchronizing combat and construction engineering effects in order to improve security, development and governance in Afghanistan. TARRYTOWN , N.Y. --5th Brigade NY Guard team of legal professionals assisting guard members during a Yellow Ribbon event held at the Marriott on Jan. 7, 2012. The New York Guard is a state volunteer force which augments and supports the New York National Guard as required with manpower and skills. Veterans from New York City, Long Island, and the Hudson Valley; along with their spouses, children, and other family members gather to participate in a National Guard Yellow Ribbon Reintegration Program.
