105th Airlift Wing Airman and Family Readiness

The 105th Airman and Family Readiness Program provides a communication network system for Airmen and their family members to aid in defining and improving quality of life issues.The program aims to enhance morale, reduce stress, and to help provide assistance during unit training assemblies, annual training events, deployments, school tours, and in time of need.

Key Volunteer Team

The 105th Airlift Wing's Airman and Family Readiness Key Volunteer Team (KVT) is a volunteer group that assists the A&FRP Manager with quarterly events and an annual briefing. They conduct fund raising activities, and attend workshops and training sessions. Key Volunteers assist the AFRPM to ensure families are in the know. The KV's are appointed by the Commander within their specific units. Please contact Mrs. Patricia Shilling if you are interested in being a part of the 105th Key Volunteer Team. Volunteers may be a spouse, parent, sibling, significant other, friend, or a retiree.

AFRP Mission Statement

The 105th Airlift Wing Airman and Family Readiness Program provides information, programs and services to support sustained mission and family readiness. A&FRP services provided assist in strengthening personal and family competencies to meet the unique challenges of military life.
