U.S. Air National Guard Staff Sgt. Sam Doolittle, emergency manager with the 105th Airlift Wing’s Civil Engineer Squadron, was selected as the Air National Guard Noncommissioned Officer Emergency Manager of the Year for 2023 after competing with Airmen from across the nation.
