C-5M arrives at Stewart Air National Guard Base for reconditioning
STEWART AIR NATIONAL GUARD BASE - The first production C-5M strategic airlifter enters a hangar where New York Air National Guard Citizen Airmen of the 105th Airlift Wing will do their part in reconditioning the aircraft. This Total Force effort consisting of Air Guard, Reserves, Active Duty and contractors will result in interior standardization and a new look for this aircraft and eventually for the entire C-5 fleet.
