NY Air National Guardsman posthumously awarded the Bronze Star with Valor

U.S. Air Force Col Timothy J. LaBarge, commander of the 105th Airlift Wing, New York Air National Guard, fastens the Bronze Star Medal with Valor onto Lt Col Linda Rohatsch's lapel during the posthumous award on behalf her son, Staff Sgt.
