FSS has limited ID card appointments to “by exception” at this time. 
We will still serve mission essential scenarios including but not limited to the following:

• ETS / ID card is expiring 
• Retirees or dependents that require ID for medical access
• T-32 or T-10 mission personnel

If you have an exception and need an ID card, please call 845-563-2032 during normal duty hours and we will be happy to accommodate. If it is after hours, please leave a message and we will be checking the phone frequently.
